Mr. Kimbell’s practice focuses on all facets of real estate, focusing on major transactions and conservation easements. Kim enjoys swimming, hiking, and weight training.

 

Professional Experience

 

Kim began his career in Santa Barbara in 1972 with George Allen representing the Hollister Ranch subdivision. Kim was involved in establishing many facets of the coastal ranch and supervised the sale of 133 separate parcels. This led Kim into a real estate practice involving large rural and high end residential properties.  He developed an expertise in conservation easements, real estate development and finance.

 

Kim in the Community

 

He is actively involved in various community activities including serving as a Director of the Community Environmental Council, Member of the Dean’s Council at the Bren School, UCSB, past Chairman of the Hollister Ranch Conservancy, Trustee of Midland School, and a member of the St. Vincent de Paul Society.
