Mr. Lundgren’s area of practice encompasses a broad range of real estate transactions, with an emphasis in purchase and sales, leases, co-tenancy arrangements, title evaluating, due diligence investigations and compliance with the Davis-Sterling Common Interest Development Act.  His experience also includes representation of clients in the construction

and development industry as well as assisting clients with the selection, formation and operation of all types of business entities, along with strategic planning and transfer of ownership issues.

 

Mr. Lundgren is an accomplished speaker and has published several articles relating to his practice.  In addition to his other hobbies, he enjoys golfing, hiking, sailing and cooking.
